- Delivery Partner: We have partnered with Shiprocket to process your deliveries.
- Shipping Time: Your package should get delivered to you within 10 days (working days), but depending on your location (pin code), it might even arrive earlier. We’ll share the tracking details as soon as your package is on its way, so you can follow its journey!
- Free Shipping: No hidden costs here! We offer free shipping within India on all orders—so you can focus on enjoying your purchase, not paying extra fees.
- COD Shipping Charges: If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout. We keep things clear and transparent for you!
- Shipping During Holidays/Unforeseen Circumstances: During major holidays, festivals, or unforeseen events like bad weather, deliveries might take a little longer than expected. Don’t worry, though—we’ll keep you informed if there’s any delay!
Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch: Had a change of heart? No problem! You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Just give us a call at +91 8448811975 or email us, and we’ll cancel it. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days, and the money will be credited back to the original payment method in 7-10 working days! For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer, once your account details are confirmed.
- After Dispatch: Once your package is on its way, cancellations aren’t possible. But if you still want to return it, just follow the return process below and we’ll be happy to help!
Return and Replacement Policy
- Defective or Damaged Products: Did something go wrong during delivery? If your order arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 48 hours of receiving it. Just share a quick photo with us as proof, and we’ll send you a replacement—free of charge!
- Incorrect Item: Oops! If we sent the wrong product, we’ll replace it right away. No extra cost, no delays—just the correct product delivered with care.
