Magik Pitara is an educational company creating joyful, hands-on learning experiences for children. We work closely with families, educators, and schools to make learning fun—through playful kits, games, and activity-based resources designed to spark curiosity and lifelong skills.
2. Orders
- Once you place an order, we’ll send you a confirmation by email or SMS.
- Please ensure your contact and address details are correct at checkout.
- In rare cases (such as out-of-stock items or order errors), we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
3. Shipping
- All orders are processed within 24–48 hours.
- Delivery usually takes 5–10 days, depending on your location.
- You’ll receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.
- Free shipping is available across India. COD orders may include additional charges, clearly shown at checkout.
- Delays may occur during holidays or unexpected situations, but we’ll keep you informed!
4. Payments
- We support UPI, Credit and Debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) in selected areas.
- COD is subject to PIN code serviceability and past delivery behavior.
5. Cancellations
- You may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting us.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible—but you can still initiate a return after delivery if needed.
6. Returns & Replacements
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and or video.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
- Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
